When you create an account we collect the details you provide (such as your name, email, phone number, role and organisation) and information generated as you use the Service (such as searches, shortlists, reports and preferences). We also collect standard technical data (such as device and usage information) to operate and improve the Service.

We use your information to provide and personalise the Service, process subscriptions and payments, communicate with you, maintain security, and improve our features. Football player and club data shown in the Service is sourced from third parties and is described in our Terms of Use.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting and payment processing), or where required by law. Reports you choose to share via a public link are accessible to anyone who has that link.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
