These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Footprint (the “Service”), including the public website and any account. By accessing or using the Service in any way — whether as a visitor on the web or as a registered account holder — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. All users are treated as one and the same for the purposes of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Footprint is an assistive tool. Player reports, scores, ratings, valuations, statistics, deal assessments and any other information shown on the Service (collectively, the “Data”) are indicative only. The Data is aggregated and modelled from various sources, is continuously updated and may change at any time, and may be incomplete, estimated or inaccurate.

The Data is not an authorised, official or definitive source and must not be relied upon as such. It is not a substitute for accurate information that can be obtained from professionals, clubs, federations or authorised data companies other than Footprint. Footprint is not such an authority and does not hold itself out as one.

The sole purpose of the Service is to assist you in forming ideas about players, positions, teams, opportunities and similar matters. Any decision you make is your own responsibility, and you should independently verify any information with qualified professionals or authorised providers before acting on it.

The Service and the Data are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Footprint, its owners, employees and partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from the Data, from your use of or inability to use the Service, or from your reliance on anything shown on the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to all of the above and waive and shall not bring any complaint or legal claim against Footprint in connection with the Data, its accuracy or your reliance on it. This applies equally to all users of the web and to all account holders.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
